Using Body Temperature to Gauge Thyroid and Adrenal Levels
by Doctor Melanie MacIver

Is it Your Thyroid or Adrenals?

Human body temp should be 37 degrees C and consistent, with a max variation of 0.3 degrees.

Take your temp 3 x day for 5 days, and don’t eat for at least 30 mins before or drink hot tea. ¬†Women should avoid ovulation week to test as their temperatures will be affected

If your average daily temp is lower than 37, and consistent, then the thyroid is likely involved.

If the temperature varies by more than 0.3 degrees the adrenals are likely at play.

And if it’s quite low and variable, then both are likely involved.
